“We’ve tried AI. Now we need help making it work in our business.”

I’m Jonathan Malkin. I teach owners, executives and their teams to solve real business problems with AI, in hands-on workshops where you work on your own business.

Hands-on AI workshops for owners, executives and their teams

You work on a real task from your own week, on your own laptop, with help beside you. No slides about the future of work. Ninety minutes, and you leave with something that works.

  1. You bring one real task.

Something that comes back every week and gets rebuilt from scratch each time: preparing for meetings, a recurring report, the follow-ups after a call.

  2. You build it yourself, with help beside you.

A short explanation, then working time. I move between tables. You use the AI tool you already have.

  3. You leave with something that works.

A working tool or workflow, a skill applied to your own work, or a clear decision about where to start.

For your company

You own or run the business, and the team has tried AI. Bring a workshop in: hands-on sessions where each person builds on their own work, a leadership session for the people who run the business, and a technical one for IT. When something needs building afterwards, I build it.

For your members

You run a chamber, an association, a peer group, a co-working community or a portfolio of companies, and your people are asking about AI. I bring a session that is useful to them and reflects well on you.
