Hands-on AI workshops for owners, executives and their teams.

In the hands-on workshops you work on a real task from your own week, on your own laptop, with help beside you. Ninety minutes, and you leave with something you can use on Monday. In person in Austin. Online sessions are available too. Ask and I will tell you what fits.

Three kinds of rooms

Pick by who will be in the room. You do not need to choose before getting in touch; tell me what is on your mind and I will suggest where to start.

Hands-on build workshops

Laptops open. Each person brings one real task from their own week, builds on it with help beside them, and leaves with something that works. Ninety minutes.

For owners, executives and their teams.

Leadership sessions

No laptops needed. The owner and the people who run the business work through where AI fits, what it may and may not do, and what to start first. You leave with decisions written down. Ninety minutes.

For IT and technical teams

For the people who run systems and build things inside the business. Technical and hands-on, on real files and real tools. Ninety minutes, or a half day for a team that wants to leave with it running.

For IT departments, developers and technical staff.

Bring one into your business

Tell me which room sounds like yours, what you have tried so far, or who would be in it. I will suggest where to start.

I reply by email, usually within two business days.
