Make AI useful.
Work side by side.
We work side by side to understand a business problem and build out a useful AI use case. You learn as we go.
Austin, Texas, and online. Updated .

Start with work you already need to do.
For an owner or team with a recurring problem and time to work on it together. These are examples of what we could work on; the right starting point comes from your business.
Make business knowledge findable
Work out what your team needs to know, where it lives and how people and AI could find it. Decide what structure would help and how to keep it current.
Work through a task for an assistant
Use a real task such as meeting preparation or follow-up to identify the information, decisions and checks involved. Try a useful next step with tools you already have.
Plan a workflow people can own
Break a recurring task into parts. Decide what AI could prepare, where a person stays involved and who would look after the result. Then agree what is worth building.
Learn by working through the problem.
Understand the problem
You bring real examples of the work. We look at what happens now, where it gets stuck and what needs to improve. We decide whether teaching, a change in your existing tools or a scoped build would help.
Map the process together
We lay out the steps, the information needed and where people review, decide or approve. Then we break the work into parts agents could help with. I explain the choices as we go.
Build out the use case
We agree the scope and work through the build. You learn how it works and how to use it.
Before we start
Do I need to take a workshop first?
No. A workshop is a complete way to learn on your own work. You can also bring me a specific problem to work through together. We agree what help fits before committing to a build.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You bring knowledge of your business and the work you want to improve. We map the process and decide where people and AI can help. You learn as we go.
Who owns and runs what we build?
Work is set up in your business’s accounts, with your data and access under your control. We agree ownership, documentation, training and any follow-up support before starting.
What could we work on together?
We could organize business knowledge, improve meeting preparation or follow-up, or build a repeatable workflow. We start with a real problem from your business and agree the scope together.
Can we work together outside Austin?
Yes. I am based in Austin, Texas, and work with clients online as well as in person. We agree a format that fits the work and the people involved.
What would you like to make easier?
Tell me about the work, who does it, and where it gets stuck. A few sentences are enough to start a conversation.
I reply by email, usually within two business days.
